Safety Management.

Our top priority at Kiel-Holtenau airfield is to ensure safe flight operations. To this end, we operate a safety management system that is continuously being developed. As an air traffic control organisation, we are obliged by the relevant implementing regulations of the European Union to document safety-relevant incidents and transmit them to the relevant authorities. The sole purpose of recording occurrence reports is to prevent accidents and incidents, not to clarify questions of guilt or liability.
